1. Definitions

3.4 Account Limitations

Each User is permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any funds or winnings. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

watito accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically ranging from Rp 20,000 to Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits are displayed during the deposit process and may be adjusted based on your account status and verification level.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically processed instantly or within 15 minutes depending on the payment method and banking infrastructure availability. watito does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in your source account before initiating a deposit. Failed deposits due to insufficient funds or incorrect information are your sole responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Policies

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals to verified bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours (08:00-20:00 WIB, Monday-Friday). E-wallet withdrawals process within 1-2 hours. Large withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000 may require additional security verification and processing time up to 24 hours.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may only be made from a fully verified account. You must wager your deposit amount at least once (1x turnover requirement) before withdrawals are permitted, to prevent money laundering. Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the applicable bonus terms. watito reserves the right to request additional documentation or verification before processing withdrawals. We may refuse withdrawal requests if we suspect fraudulent activity, breach of terms, or bonus abuse.

4.5 Transaction Fees

watito does not charge withdrawal fees for most payment methods. However, bank fees imposed by third-party financial institutions are beyond our control and may be deducted from your withdrawal amount. Currency conversion fees may apply if your bank account currency differs from Indonesian Rupiah, though watito operates exclusively in IDR.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms Overview

5.4 Promotional Changes

watito reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to promotions will not affect bonuses already claimed and active, but will apply to future claims. We may exclude certain users from promotional offers at our discretion, particularly if bonus abuse or terms violations are suspected.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

watito reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, creation of multiple accounts, or any activity that watito deems harmful to the platform or other users. In the event of account closure, watito will return any legitimate balance remaining in your account after deducting any amounts owed to watito, any bonuses in violation of terms, and any winnings derived from prohibited activities.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, you must withdraw any remaining balance. If you have active bonuses or pending wagering requirements at the time of voluntary account closure, those bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

10. Intellectual Property

All Content on the watito platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, and game designs, is the property of watito or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the watito platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any Content without express written permission from watito.

11. Limitations of Liability

watito provides Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall watito's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless watito, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of watito Services; (b) your violation of these Terms & Conditions; (c) your violation of any rights of another person or entity; or (d) any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your account.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which watito's operating license is held. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions or your use of watito Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and watito customer support.

If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within 30 days, the dispute may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against watito.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms & Conditions and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
